Concrete Chipping with High Pressure Water Blasting

Serving Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Tennessee, Louisiana, Kansas and Missouri or within 8 hours of Dallas, TX.

Drum Blasters™ concrete removal system uses a powerful diesel engine to generate 20,000 PSI water pressure—well below the 50,000 PSI required to damage steel, ensuring your equipment stays protected. The process begins when our remote-controlled robotic lance is inserted into the mixer drum through the stabilized hopper opening. As the telescopic boom extends into the drum, the mixer rotates at 1 RPM while our oscillating water jet creates a precise gap between the hardened concrete and drum blades. Our operator can adjust the torpedo section to position the jet closer to the drum surface for optimal concrete removal. The loosened concrete falls away cleanly as the boom retracts along the drum’s length. Once cleaning is complete, the truck is moved to a designated washout area where the water and removed concrete debris are safely discharged. This entire concrete chipping process typically takes 75 minutes or less, getting your equipment back in service quickly with zero damage and excellent results.

For pump truck pipe cleaning, we use the same high-pressure technique, blasting water through a steel line to chip away concrete buildup from inside the pipes. For pipe cleaning, we do ask that the pipes are detached from the pump truck and delivered onsite to our headquarters in Dallas, TX.

Our service reduces general wear and tear on your equipment, saving you thousands in overweight fines and reduces fuel consumption by not hauling extra buildup.
