THE LASTEST TECHNOLOGY IN
READY MIX DRUM CLEANING & PUMP TRUCK PIPE CLEARING
How it works
Our system, powered by a 350hp Cummins diesel engine, utilizes an oscillating water jet at 20,000 psi to effectively remove hardened concrete. With a pressure significantly below the 50,000 psi required to cut steel, our method ensures no damage to your drum or pipes.
The drum cleaning process involves blasting a gap between the blade and the hardened concrete while the drum rotates at a rate of 1 rpm. The jet oscillates as the boom retracts along the drum's length. The operator has the option to adjust the torpedo section to position the jet closer to the drum’s surface, facilitating the detachment of concrete which then falls away.
For pipe cleaning, a similar technique is employed, where water is blasted through a steel line driven through the pipe to chip away and remove the concrete buildup.

WATER BLASTS BETWEEN THE CONCRETE AND THE BLADES REMOVING EXCESS CONCRETE.
REMOTE CONTROLLED ROBOTIC LANCE IS INSERTED TO REMOVE UNWANTED CONCRETE
The hopper is opened & stabilized.
The telescopic boom is inserted.
The drum rotates at a 1rpm charge rate. The jet oscillates as the boom retreats along the length of the drum.
The operator can pivot the torpedo section so that the jet is closer to the skin of the drum.
The concrete drops away from the drum & blades.
The truck is then driven to the designated washout where the water & hardened concrete is discharged out of the drum.
